After making his (second) return to hip-hop, Ma$e checked into Hot 97′s Funkmaster Flex show last night to speak on his long-awaited comeback to the game, nearly signing with G-Unit Records, nearly retiring, and working on Wale’s Slight Work remix. Betha also spoke on Diddy, Jay-Z, working with Rick Ross, and rumors of aligning himself with MMG.

2Pac’s Hologram Might Go On Tour


2Pac’s hologram may be hitting the road in the coming months. The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg are in plans to bring the resurrected rapper on tour with them. Dre first approached Digital Domain Media Group Inc. last year with the idea of creating a CGI imagine of Tupac Shakur, which costs somewhere between $100,000 and $400,000. “This is just the beginning,” said Ed Ulbrich, Digital Domain’s CEO. “Dre has a massive vision for this.” We will get to see Pac once again for weekend number two of the Coachella Music Festival on April 22.

The Bad Boy founder’s fortune includes Ciroc vodka, his Sean John clothing line along with Enyce, marketing firm Blue Flame, and a handful of tech startups. Others who made the Forbes Five shortlist include Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter ($460 million), Andre “Dr. Dre” Young ($270 million), and more.
